Terms, Conditions & Discounts
Terms: Accounts will be shipped C.O.D. (Cashiers check or Money Order) or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard) until credit has been approved. Terms up to net 30 days will be offered to approved accounts. Orders from new customers must be paid by the previously underlined payment method above. Please contact our office if any questions. If no answer, please leave a brief voicemail message.
Freight: All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be billed on the invoice. No account will be shipped unless the account is current.
Delivery: All orders are scheduled for production as they are received.
Time: Production time can vary due to large numbers of orders in house, or delays in receiving components. Please keep this in mind when ordering – delays can happen.
Billing: Accounts approved for terms must understand that the invoice date is the term’s actual due date- not the date you receive the bill. Please pay on time.
Past Due: Any account which is 30 days past due will be charged at the rate of $20 per month. Accounts 90 days past due will be turned over for collection. A collection charge will be applied to the past due invoice, plus late fees. All invoices and fees must be paid in full before a customer can order again. All accounts that are 30 days or more past due will lose all discounts and will be added to the past due invoice. Upon reinstatement, the customer will then have to pay by the methods indicated above in the terms section. Please remember- we are a small business like yourselves. We have bills to pay too! Terms are a privilege, not a right.
Minimum order: Minimum order will be $50 U.S.
Bad Checks: Upon receiving a Non-Sufficient Funds check from our bank, we will contact you to address the problem. A charge of $25 will be added to customer’s invoice. Our bank runs checks twice before stamping it NSF. A new invoice, including the additional charges, will be mailed to you. Payment will be made by the customer via Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard).
Returns & Refunds: There are no returns or refunds unless we have made a mistake in shipping or billing. All sales are final.
Prices: Prices are subject to change with little or no notice.
